Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

Price quotes are calculated in the following order:

Base charge – based on round trip, charged hourly or per mile, whichever is greater.

  • Town Car – $55/hour
  • SUV – $65/hour
  • Limousine / Executive Van (up to 8 pax) – $75/hour
  • Limousine / Executive Van (9+ pax) – $75/hour

2 hour minimum local area trips (within 20 miles of pickup point).

4 hour minimum for trips outside 60 miles of pickup point. All Limousine / Executive Van trips require 4 hours minimum, regardless of destination.

Early/Late/Holiday Surcharge – If a trip ends after 12:00AM, begins before 6:00AM, or occurs on a major holiday, an Early/Late/Holiday surcharge of $10 will apply.

Extra stops – if a passenger requests to make an unplanned stop, an Extra stop surcharge of $15 for each stop will apply, plus any additional wait time.

Meet and Greet Service – if a passenger elects to have a chauffer meet them on an arriving airport pickup, a meet & greet service charge of $20 will apply.

Wait time – Passenger has 15 minutes grace period from pickup time to board vehicle. Afterwards, $60/hour will be billed in half-hour increments.

Tolls, parking, extras.


Cancellations must be received at least three 48 hours prior to a scheduled pick-up in a Luxury Sedan or SUV. All other cancellations require 2 weeks notice in order to avoid being charged. No-shows and trips canceled on location will be charged at the full rate, plus applicable waiting time. If the passenger does not not see our chauffer at the predetermined meeting time and location, it is the passenger's responsibility to call (602) 904-6232 immediately; Failure to call if contact is not made will result in a charge at the same rate as if the trip had taken place, plus any waiting time.

Airport Waiting Time:

Passenger has 15 minutes grace period from pickup time to board vehicle, unless he or she elects meet & greet service. Afterwards, $55/hour wait time will be billed in half-hour increments. If you prefer, you may schedule your pickup time accordingly so as to minimize wait time. For your convenience, we will monitor your incoming flight and adjust your pickup time accordingly, up to two hours in advanced . For example, your flight is scheduled to land at 2:15PM, and you schedule your pickup time for 2:45PM. We check the flight 2 hours prior, at 12:15PM, and find that the new landing time is 3:45PM. We will adjust your pickup time to 4:15PM. However, any changes to your flight within 2 hours of flight landing may result in airport waiting time. For example, we check the same flight 2 hours prior, at 1:45PM; your flight is still due to land at 3:45PM, so your adjusted pickup time of 4:15PM is locked in. However, your flight doesn't actually land until 4:10PM, and you don't get into the vehicle until 4:40PM. You would be billed $30 waiting time if you didn't elect to have meet & greet service.

Meeting Our Chauffeur at the Airport:

If you elect to have meet and greet service, our chauffeur will be waiting for you at the airport when you land; he or she will be carrying a sign with your name or your company's name on it.

  1. For domestic flights - your chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area,
  2. For international flights - your chauffeur will meet you outside of customs

If you do not see your chauffeur upon arrival, please call us immediately at (602) 904-6232. For your added convenience, if you have carry-on luggage only, no luggage at all, or if you scheduled a pickup time 30 - 60 minutes after your landing time, you may schedule curbside pickup when making your reservation.
